Professional Medical Representative
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, goal-driven and passionate Professional Medical Representative who will be responsible for promoting and selling of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacist, drugstores and local key accounts. This is a field-based job requiring field work to build relationships with target HCPs, solicit opinions, provide product information and achieving sales target to drive business growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Regularly visits physician, drugstores, key hospitals and other key accounts in assigned territory and details and promotes the products;
- Educates healthcare professionals on the benefits , indications and proper usage of the company products;
- Implements approved Marketing activities;
- Organizes and participates in medical conferences, seminars and other promotional events;
- Manages territory business by securing availability of stocks in trade outlets by coordinating regularly with distributor (Oxford) counterparts, being knowledgeable of competitive information/strategies, profiling MD prescribers and trade accounts, keeping accurate and up-to-date records and preparing administrative reports.
- Ensure that all activities, transactions and dealings with third party for the pursuit of business interest are within prescribed company policies and government regulations.
- Ensures timely submission oof sales reports and forecast to managements;
- Maintains and handles company assets in a manner that prevents loss or damage resulting to costly repair or replacement.
- Maintains accurate records of sales visits, transactions and customer interactions through the CRM
- Ensures ethical and professional conduct in all interactions with clients and stakeholders;

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of any 4 years Business Course, Medical Allied Courses
- At least 6 months work experience gained in a Pharmaceutical Company
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and capable of working independently;
- Willing to travel and work in assigned territories;
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint);
- Valid Driver’s License (not mandatory)
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- 100% Fieldwork
- Outstation traveling maybe required.
- 100% requirement of the use of company issued tablet and all type of communication tools such as mobile phone, social media platform, etc.
